On Saturday mornings, litigation can wait.

I am a commercial litigator in Baltimore, Maryland. During the week, I spend most of my time working up cases, researching and drafting legal memoranda, preparing for depositions or hearings, and managing a near-constant flow of email communications.

But on most Saturday mornings, I step back from all of that to play with Oliver, my silly, precocious three-year-old son.

Lately, we have been exploring some of central Maryland’s best playgrounds. We’re lucky to live in a part of the country where local governments take seriously their obligation to provide safe, fun green spaces for families to enjoy.
