When I was a judicial law clerk in Baltimore back in 2015-16, I visited Oregon Ridge Park probably a half-dozen times, and I have hiked the trails here from time to time since we returned to Baltimore in late 2017. It’s a great park with interesting forest art, a small collection of animals (mostly poultry and a couple of owls), a community garden, and a big sandbox. Great location, too: I love the Wegmans at Hunt Valley, though on this particular morning Oliver and I instead visited a donut shop at the Pennsylvania Dutch Market in Cockeysville.
